Initial Consultation
For a new injury or an old-injury that we haven’t managed. We ensure we give you a long consultation so that we get to know you better. It includes a personalised program structured around your goals. We provide you with a clinical diagnosis explaining the issues from A-Z.

For every follow- up consultation, our processes stay the same. We will provide you with a structural program, target our manual therapy suited to your goals and explain in-detail the best approach.

Telehealth Consultation
